Newspapers - Fulton Public Library

The following list of online newspapers and other periodical publications is brought together on this page as a convenience to our users. Some of these resources are fee-based and are purchased by the Fulton Public Library, the Roswell P. Flower Memorial Library in Watertown, the North Country Library System, the Northern New York Library Network, and the New York State Library through theNew York Online Virtual Electronic Library project which is funded by the Federal Institute of Library and Museum Services through the Library Services and Technology Act. All of the for-fee databases require a user name and password, and some can only be used on-site at the Fulton Public Library. Other linked sites are subject to the design restrictions of the site owner and may require additional software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Flash Player.

This online collection currently consists of more than 1,004,000 pages from twenty-eight newspapers.
